How We Handle Water in the Cabin
Packages are based on how much of the car got wet — one area, several areas, or under the carpet across the cabin. Same process; bigger job when more of the car is affected.
See What's Wet
We check which spots got water and how far it went — one area (like a spill or a window left open), the whole front, or under the carpet in more of the car. That tells us which package you need. We can photo-document for insurance if you need it.
Extract Water from Affected Areas
We pull the water out of the places that got wet — carpet, mats, and under the carpet when we can reach it. We work the affected areas; we don't pretend every inch of the cabin is bone-dry when we're done extracting.
Get Under the Carpet When Needed
If the water went under the carpet, we lift it so we can reach the padding. Seats come out if we need the room — and if a seat can't come out, we still get to the wet spots and do the job.
Enzyme Treat & Deep Clean
We treat and clean the affected areas with enzymes, then deep clean those same areas.
Windows Open to Dry
We leave the windows open (up to 24 hours) so the cabin can air out. The carpet may still feel damp from our cleaning solutions while it dries naturally — that's normal, not leftover flood water sitting untreated.
Final Inspection
We walk the affected areas one more time before we leave to make sure the work was done where the water was.
